Students
seeking academic assistance are encouraged to stop by the Native American
Center, located in Miller Student Center. Tutees will need to fill out the
following forms and provide the following information:
Request
for a Tutor
Tutee
Application
Current
class schedule
Professor
Recommendation
The Tutor
Coordinator or Program Assistant will notify tutee of any tutor who has a compatible
schedule and is available for tutoring. If demands warrants, a group/help session
can be organized to meet the needs of several tutees. All tutoring session
take place at the NAC, arrangement and approval is needed from Tutor Coordinator
for an alternate site.
Referral:
Students are encouraged
to request tutoring for any subject. If the tutoring program is unable to
fulfill your request, you will be referred to one of the other tutoring programs
available on campus:

Learning Assistance Center
Program
for Academic Advancement
Writing Center
