The Service Center serves as the principle point of contact for campus customers when requesting assistance from physical plant shops and departments. Their role is to coordinate the activities of the shops to best meet the needs of the campus, and to ensure proper billing and record keeping and tracking of compliance issues.
The Service Center is the communications hub for the college Physical Plant Services, handling well over 13,000 calls per year.
A service request may be submitted to us via iService Desk on the Work Request Site.
Please call our Service Desk at extension 7000 to report an emergency condition or other problem that requires immediate attention.
During our regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m., we welcome your requests for service and general inquiries (i.e., work order scheduling, status and billing).
