Career Profile: Retired from ORC Worldwide (human resources consulting) as VP in 2000. Responsibilities included facilitating learning networks of employment lawyers and EEO/Diversity Managers; ORC was subsequently acquired by Mercer. Previously was with AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) as VP - HR Technology Division, Director - Organization & Compensation Fibers & Plastics Company, Director - Personnel Planning, Director - Organization Development health/safety/environmental function, Manager - Personnel Planning, & Manager - Labor Relations. Was also with ASARCO as Labor Relations Counsel and with Republic Steel as Labor Attorney.
Post-retirement Activities: Taught human resources at Fort Lewis College. Served as Interim Director of Human Resources for Durango School District 9-R. Primarily pro bono mediation & facilitation work. A number of projects for ORC Worldwide.
Other: Masters thesis on Conflict Friendly Organizations. Advisory Panel, Industrial Management Department, New Jersey Institute of Technology. Adjunct Associate Professor (collective bargaining), NYU Graduate Business School. Bar admissions: New Jersey 1971 & Colorado 1963. Blues skier. History enthusiast.
