Welcome Back Former FLC Students

We are here to make your transition back into Fort Lewis College as easy and smooth as possible.

If you have not attended Fort Lewis for at least three consecutive semesters, you will need to reapply. Summer session is considered a semester.  See the readmission process chart for an illustrative overview of this process.

If you attended college at another institution AFTER LEAVING FORT LEWIS, you will need to have official transcripts sent to:

Colorado Residency

You are considered a Colorado resident when, for the 12 months immediately preceding the term, you have:

  • Continuous physical presence in the state of Colorado, OR
  • Proof of intent to become a Colorado resident.
    (Students 22 years of age or younger who wish to have their residency considered independently of their parents must provide proof of emancipation.)
