| Admission Requirements for Transfer Students |

Eligibility
- Transfer students must be in good standing at the institution last attended and have at least a 2.4 grade-point average.
- If you have fewer than 13 semester hours, you will need to submit your high school transcripts and ACT or SAT test scores
- If you are unsure about your eligibility to Fort Lewis College, consult with one of the Admissions Counselors. You may contact the admission office via email at admission@fortlewis.edu or call 970-247-7184.

Transfer Application Checklist
- Complete the Fort Lewis College application
- Have an official transcript from ALL colleges and universities attended mailed directly to the Office of Admission. A transcript is considered official ONLY if it is mailed directly from the originating school to Fort Lewis College.
- Attach a $30 non-refundable application fee (check or money order) to the signature page. Please note applicant’s social security number on the check. You may also pay the application fee on-line via credit card.
- Make sure the signature page of the application is signed and submitted.
- Send your ACT or SAT test scores and final high school transcripts if you have earned fewer than 13 transferable semester hours of college credit.
