On-line Application for Admission for US Citizens

Four to six weeks after we receive your application, we will let you know an admission decision or if we need additional information. Admission Classifications
Freshman - A student who is enrolling in college for the first time since graduating from high school.
Transfer - A student who has enrolled in a post-secondary school of higher education for one or more courses since graduating from high school.
Re-Admit - A student who has previously attended Fort Lewis College.

Application Procedures
- In addition to this application, you will need to make arrangements for the submission of other items: official high school and/or college transcripts, non-refundable fee, ACT or SAT scores. A transcript is considered official ONLY if it is mailed directly from the originating school to Fort Lewis College.
- Attach a $30 non-refundable application fee (check or money order) to the signature page. Please note applicant’s social security number on the check. You may also pay the application fee on-line via credit card.
- No application will be processed until the application fee is paid.
High School Seniors
- Print and sign the signature page send it to the Office of Admission with the non-refundable application fee.
- Request your high school transcripts be sent directly to the Office of Admission.
- Have your ACT and/or SAT scores sent directly to the Office of Admission.
Home School Students
- Print and sign the signature page and send it to the Office of Admission with the non-refundable application fee.
- Provide an official copy of your high school completion records to the Office of Admission.
- Have your ACT and/or SAT scores sent directly to the Office of Admission (1010 SAT, 22 ACT minimum).
Transfer Students
- Print and sign the signature page and send it to the Office of Admission with the application fee.
- Have an official transcript from ALL colleges and universities attended mailed directly to the Office of Admission.
- High school records and ACT or SAT scores also must be provided if you have attempted fewer than 12 semester hours at another college or university with a minimum cumulative 2.4 GPA.
GED Students
- Print and sign the signature page and send it to the Office of Admission with the application fee.
- Request an official copy of your GED results be sent directly to the Office of Admission (450 or greater on the 2002 version; 45 or greater on the 1988 version).
- Have your ACT and/or SAT scores sent directly to the Office of Admission (1010 SAT, 22 ACT minimum).
