Housing Expenses
The rates listed below are for the 2008-09 academic year. Summer Session housing rates can be found here.

Residence Halls
All students assisgned to the residence halls have been assigned an unlimited meal plan.
Changes to meal plans can be made until each term's Census Date by using WebOPUS.
Residential Hall students are required by Fort Lewis College to be on either the 10, 14
or unlimited meal plan with Campus Dining Services. Flex plan dollars may be used at the
student's discretion at any food service operation.

Residence Halls (Double Rooms)
Camp Hall                $1,921.00 per person per term
Crofton Hall              $1,921.00 per person per term
Escalante Hall          $1,921.00 per person per term

Residence Halls (Suites)
Bader-Snyder           $2,170.00 per person per term
Camp Hall                $2,170.00 per person per term
Crofton Hall              $2,170.00 per person per term
Escalante Hall          $2,170.00 per person per term
Cooper Hall              $2,170.00 per person per term
West Hall                 $2,466.00 per person per term

Single Rooms
Single rooms are available in the Bader-Snyder Complex and are an additional $700.00 
per person per term. After Census Date, single rooms are available on a space-available basis 
in other residence halls for an additional $700.00 per person per term ($780.00 in West Hall).

Apartments
All apartments include kitchen units, therefore students are not required to have a meal
plan. Students can add any meal plan by using WebOPUS. Additions and changes to
meal plans can be made until each term's Census Date.
Centennial Apartments
One-bedroom Units   $2,466.00 per person per term
Two-bedroom Units   $2,072.00 per person per term

Mears Apartments
Two-bedroom Units   $2,551.00 per person per term

Family Housing
Limited family housing is available in the Centennial Apartments.
One-bedroom Units   $2,466.00 per person per term
Two-bedroom Units   $2,654.00 per person per term

Single Rooms
After Census Date, single rooms are available on a space-available basis in the two-bedroom
Centennial Units. Single rooms are an additional $860.00 per person per term.

Board
Unlimited Access + $100.00 flex                       $1,664.00 per person per term
14-Meal Plan + $125.00 flex (7 days a week)     $1,598.00 per person per term
10-Meal Plan + $150.00 flex (7 days a week)     $1,518.00 per person per term
