Apartments
The Mears and Centennial Apartments are furnished with living room, dining room and bedroom furniture as well as an oven/stove and refrigerator. Microwave ovens are permitted in all apartments.
There are laundry facilities located in the Mears Apartment and Centennial Office buildings. There is also a small computer lab and lounge area located in the Mears Apartment building. For technical assistance with your apartment, please contact Resnet.
Because all apartments have kitchens, meal plans are optional for apartment residents. Students may add any meal plan by using WebOPUS or contacting the Student Housing Office at 970-247-7503. Cancellations or reductions to meal plans may only be made until Census Date.
On-campus apartments are on the east side of campus, and are designed for students who are:
- Non-traditional Freshmen
- Sophomores
- Juniors
- Seniors
- Transfer Students
- Families
Centennial Apartment Complex
The Centennial Apartment Complex consists of three buildings with a total of 45 one-bedroom units for two students each and 36 two-bedroom units for four students each. Two students share the bedroom(s) in these apartments. There is a central laundry facility located in the Centennial Office Building.

Mears Apartment Complex
The Mears Apartment Complex consists of two buildings with a total of 100 two-bedroom units for two students each. Each student has their own bedroom in this complex. There is a central public computer mini-lab and a laundry facility.

Family Housing
Limited family housing is available in the Centennial Apartments for married students or students with children or other family members residing with them. Please call the Student Housing Office at 970-247-7503 for rates or more information. |
