Zumba Fitness is the combination of dance and aerobic fitness, a fun way for all levels of fitness to exercise! Come join our dance party where you’ll be able to shake your little booty and burn some calories in a fun filled atmosphere!

This high-energy class is an excellent workout for all levels. You’ll be sweating and burning loads of calories as your instructor takes you through a series of hills, jogs, sprints, jumps and more!
Hatha Yoga is a foundational Yoga which encourages proper alignment and structural integrity. Each class focuses on the connection of mind and body through breath awareness. Special attention is given to core awareness to improve your stability in each pose. All levels are welcome!
Start off your morning with a great workout! Body Blast utilizes a variety of exercises combined with cardio interval training to get a full body workout in 45 min! With great music and a focus on core strength, we'll burn calories while building leaner and stronger muscles. For all levels, this class will get you in shape or help you stay in shape. Efficient, effective, and high-energy!
Get those abs rock solid during this intense 30 minute workout! Using minimal weights, you will tighten and strengthen those hard to reach areas to get the abs you’ve always wanted!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Kick-Asana is ideal for both beginner and advanced students. This class will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. The challenging and dynamic Vinyasa sequence links breath to movement. Set to music, this class will invigorate your entire body. Renee, a senior, has received her Yoga Alliance Accreditation from CorePower Yoga and enjoys teaching all levels.
Nia blends dance, martial arts, and healing arts such as yoga with world music, simple choreography, and guided free dance to explore Your Body's Way. No dance experience required. All levels welcome.
