Spring Intramural Sports - 5-on-5 Basketball

Entries are due by 7 p.m.  Tuesday, January 20th.
Men’s, Women’s, and COED divisions.

Games will begin on January 26th.  

How to enter:

  • Fill out roster form on reverse side completely.
  • On roster please list your 9000 FLC ID# and not your Social Security number.
  • Turn in forms by the due date, January 20th, to the Intramurals Sports office.
  • Team members or individuals must be current FLC students, staff, or faculty members in order to play.  All team members must bring their FLC ID cards to the games. NO ID NO PLAY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
  • Teams must have at least five players listed on the roster to play.
  • The Twenty-Five Dollar ($25) entry fee must be turned in with team’s roster by the due date, Jan. 20th. 
  • Team captains MUST attend the managers meeting on Thursday, January 22th at 6pm.
