by Pacific Bell and San Diego State University. There's a good overview
of videoconferencing, from explanations of technical issues to etiquette,
as well as lists of educational experiences available via teleconferencing.

This site lists videoconferencing sites in the U. S. and many
other countries. It also includes a section with more U. S. and international
sites and networks and information about teleconferencing equipment.

Comercially maintained data base. Membership required to
view full information - $60/half year single membership, $96/full year
single membership. Fort Lewis is not a member at this point, nor
are we listed on the directory.
