You will need to contact the Veterans Administration at 1-800-827-1000. They will put you in contact with the proper authority. They will make the determination if you qualify for benefits. Once they have been approved you will receive each term a VA form 28-1905 which you turn into the Veterans Certifying Official at the Records Office.
