Monday Jan. 21,  5:30-8:30 p.m. Martin Luther King Jr. Day event, Stop Discrimination at Student Memorial Lounge,  Code Red Proudly Celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. day by presenting, “Angry eye” film and discussion. Dinner will be served! 

Tuesday, Jan, 22, noon to 1 p.m.. – Spanish Lunch Hour at El Centro. Come and practice speaking Spanish and have fun conversations while enjoying your lunch. 

Sunday, Jan. 27, 1-4 p.m. Opening of Spanish Trails Exhibit at Center of Southwest Studies.  Baile Folklorico dancers, food, and fun! 

Tuesday, Jan. 29, 8 a.m.-noon., Breakfast Burrito Sale at El Centro.

Thurs. Feb. 7, 5:30p.m.- Movie screening about immigration rights events help MayDay 2007 “Gigante: Despierta!” @ El Centro, 420 Berdnt Hall. 

Fri.-Sun. Feb.15-17- Trip to Albuquerque and Santa Fe, first- come, first- serve basis, departure Friday afternoon back on Sunday. Trip will include visit to National Hispanic Cultural Center and historical churches in Santa Fe.
