Student Health Insurance

• Fort Lewis College encourages all students to have health insurance while attending college.  We are pleased to have partnered with United Healthcare to provide an affordable option for our students for the 2009-2010 year.   For more information, go to the United Healthcare Student Resources web page and enter Fort Lewis College under “Find My School's Plan”. To enroll, click on " Enroll Now" online.  Scroll down for brochure, and pricing, which is located on sample enrollment form.  Health Center services are covered under this plan and there is a broad local network of primary care and specialists providers in the Durango area.
