The John Foley Experience comes to campus

On August 3rd, 2016, Fort Lewis College and community partners collaborated with John Foley, former lead solo pilot of the famous U.S. Navy flight demonstration squadron, the Blue Angels.

Foley is in great demand around the world as a leadership speaker. After hearing about the tragic passing of fellow Blue Angel and FLC alumnus Commander Jeff Kuss (Economics, ’06), John reached out to community members to raise money for a student scholarship dedicated to Jeff’s memory. The event raised nearly $15,000 for the Jeff Kuss Scholarship Fund. Fort Lewis College extends its thanks and respect to the Kuss Family, our Four Corners partners, and to John Foley and his team for their generosity and foresight.
