Request an accompaniment

To request accompaniment please read and follow these guidelines:

AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR PERFORMANCE:

1. Fill out all sections on the Accompanist Request Form below.
2. Mark the accompaniment score with metronome markings, including any tempo change sections.
3. Upload a scan of the marked accompaniment score in the form below.
4. Requests with less than the required advance notice will require your instructor’s authorization.

Never be late to, absent from, or unprepared for scheduled rehearsals or you will lose your accompaniment privileges.
