The Fort Lewis College Artists in Residence Program is administered by a group of Durango volunteers known as the Artist in Residence Committee. The program has been active since 1995 in enhancing the education of FLC music students by providing funds for the presentation of master classes and performances by visiting musicians.
This program also provides Four Corners residents with the opportunity to enjoy these master classes and performances. Although the program is endowed, continued financial support from the Four Corners community is necessary to sustain the program’s viability.
We invite you to join us in financial support of this program that benefits the students of Fort Lewis College and our community. The committee administers the program through the Fort Lewis College Foundation.
To contribute please call the Foundation at 970-247-7121.
Please check out the many fine musicians/clinicians we have committed to bringing to you this season. Master Classes are free and open to anybody. All events take place in Roshong Recital Hall (Jones 205, FLC Campus), unless otherwise noted.
Recitals/Concerts cost $15 for adults and $5 for children. FLC students are free with ID. Entry is paid at the door via cash or check. Your participation helps sustain this vital program - thanks!
