Our music programis fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM), so you know you're getting a high quality education as a serious musician. Your future employers and graduate program admission boards will know this, too.

Scholarships

Events

Join us for a variety of events hosted at the Community Concert Hall and Roshong Recital Hall. Throughout the year, we’ll host performances by Artists in Residence, student ensembles, and guest performers.

Community & music teachers

While most performances are open to the public, several events we hold throughout the year are geared toward middle and high school students. Jazz Festival, Select Band Clinic, and Honor Choir are excellent opportunities for young musicians to elevate their skills.

Choral & instrumental ensembles

Challenge yourself to grow musically as you sing or play music with other musicians. Develop your stage presence as you get experience performing. Watch your friends and peers perform, too. Ensembles are open to all FLC students. Music majors will enroll in ensembles as part of their degree requirements.
