Students will learn about play structure and dramatic strategies playwrights use, while creating short plays of their own. How well does your play say what it’s trying to say? Students will learn how to think in terms of the audience’s “process” as it watches a dramatic work.
Location: Theatre 104
Students will get an introduction to storytelling, how to choose a story, how to develop a story arc and one’s own unique voice, and will work in group sessions, culminating in the FLC Storytelling Showcase.
