Apply for dual enrollment

Congratulations on accepting the challenge of taking college-level courses before graduating from high school. We honor your commitment to advancing your education.

Step 1: Apply

  1. Discuss dual enrollment with your guidance counselor. You must meet the criteria established by your high school and receive approval prior to applying for admission.
  2. Complete the free dual enrollment application.

Applications are processed on a rolling basis. Applicants are typically notified within 1 week of receipt of a complete application.

Step 2: After you are admitted

Make a registration appointment
To sign up for classes you’ll need to talk with the Dual Enrollment Specialist.

Appointment dates

  • Fall semester applicants
    • Continuing Students - Schedule appointments beginning April 26, 2021
    • New Students - Schedule appointments beginning May 3, 2021

Step 4: Activate your FLC account

You must set up your FLC account. To activate your account:

  1. Go to https://apps.fortlewis.edu/it/account
  2. Enter your first name, last name, birthdate, and student ID number or social security number
  3. Access your unique username and set your password
  4. Access your accounts
  5. Go to theFort and click on Sign in the top right corner
  6. Enter your username and password
