A real degree. A reachable price.

Fort Lewis College combines the value of a public college with the personal experience of a small liberal arts education. That means small classes, faculty mentorship, hands-on learning, and a campus community built around student success — at a price designed to keep college within reach.

A strong education without the private college price

At FLC, students get the kind of personal attention often associated with private colleges — small classes, faculty mentorship, and a close-knit campus — with the value of a public institution.

That combination matters. You can pursue a rigorous degree, build real experience, and graduate with support from people who know you.

Scholarships that recognize your work

Fort Lewis College offers merit scholarships that recognize academic achievement. Eligible students are automatically considered for many awards as part of the admission process.

Scholarship opportunities may include in-state awards, out-of-state awards, WUE, the New Mexico Reciprocal Scholarship, and other institutional scholarships.

File the FAFSA to unlock more aid

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid, known as the FAFSA, helps determine eligibility for grants, work-study, federal loans, and other need-based aid.

Students may also qualify for FLC scholarships, foundation scholarships, and other forms of support.
