If you cannot attend the conference, please contact Dr. Takano (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible because we may have to make adjustments to the program.
Each presenter is assigned 20 minutes which includes 5 minutes of Q&A time. Therefore, please allocate 15 minutes for the presentation. Presenters are not allowed to exceed 20 minutes in total. The session chair will be very strict about time management. Therefore, if you do not finish your presentation within 20 minutes, the session chair will have to cut you off.
You can use PowerPoint, Poster, and handouts. You are fully responsible for any technological issue if you bring your own computer. Each room has a computer and projector. Session chairs will log into the computer, therefore please bring your presentation file in flash drive so you can open the file.
