The first step to enrolling in a Cooperative Education course is to complete this form. This form provides critical information regarding your eligibility to participate.
You can potentially earn 1 credit per 50 hours of work.
The experience needs to be 12 to 15 weeks in length
no matter the number of credits you are taking.
If no and your worksite is off campus, you MUST consult
with the International Programs Office at 247-7650 to
make sure your paperwork is in order. The immigration
approval paperwork must be submitted to the Coordinator
of Cooperative Education before you can enroll in a
Cooperative Education course.
By submitting this form you authorize the Coordinator
of Cooperative Education to use any images of you or
comments taken from your reports in presentations,
posters, or other publications promoting the program.
