An internship program coordinated by the FLC Career Services office and the Durango Chamber of Commerce creates opportunities for students to get that hands-on professional experience in and around Durango, earning workplace wisdom and insights, while deepening their skills and knowledge.  More....


Our goal is to strengthen our relationships with local, regional, and national employers while increasing your presence at Fort Lewis College.  We hope to build a win-win situation for you and our graduates.   We aim to: 

• To increase the number of job offers to Fort Lewis College Students and Alumni.
• To increase our ability to track student employment.
• To increase employers involvement with Fort Lewis College Students and Alumni.
• To increase our network of potential internship host sites.

A great avenue to increase your visibility on campus is to join us at our events and workshops.  Career Services sponsors several career events & workshops throughout each semester including our Fall Etiquette Dinner and our Spring Job Fair and Teacher Candidate Preview Event.  Please contact us to facilitate one of these workshops, host a lunch and learn, or attend our next event.
