Lodging

Traditional dormitory room (Camp, Crofton and Escalante)

  • $34.00/room/night, includes 2 beds
  • Common bathroom down the hall
  • Linens are available upon advance request for an additional $2.00/person/night

Two Bedroom Suite (Cooper, West)

  • $40.00/room/night, includes 2 beds
  • 2 rooms (up to 4 people) per bathroom
  • Linens are available upon advance request for an additional $2.00/person/night

Three Bedroom Suite (Bader, Snyder)

  • $25.00/person/night
  • Linens are available upon advance request for an additional $2.00/person/night

Four Bedroom Suite (Animas Hall)

  • $100.00/suite/night, 4 single bedrooms
  • Linens are available upon advance request for an additional $2.00/person/night

Two-Bed Apartments (Centennial 1 Bedroom and Mears)

  • $54.00/apartment/night
  • Linens are available upon advance request for an additional $2.00/person/night

Four-Bed Apartments (Centennial 2 Bedroom)

  • $78.00/person/night
  • Linens are available upon advance request for an additional $2.00/person/night

Lodging rates are subject to 9.9% tax, unless a sales tax exempt certificate is provided to the Student Housing and Conference Services Office.

Meals & Catering

Dining Services can provide all-you-care-to-eat meals for your group in the San Juan dining room centrally located in the Student Union Building.  Rates below are for Summer 2016.

3 Meals per day in the San Juan Dining Room $27.00/person/day
Breakfast in the San Juan Dining Room $7.50/person/day
Lunch in the San Juan Dining Room $9.25/person/day
Dinner in the San Juan Dining Room $10.75/person/day

All meals are subject to 7.9% tax, unless a sales tax exempt certificate is provided to the Student Housing and Conference Services Office.

Dining Services is able to do a variety of catered breakfasts, lunches, dinners, buffets, receptions, barbecues, etc.  To find out more about catering options and pricing, please visit Catering.

Set Up Fees

A one time non-refundable set-up fee of up to $5.00 per person will be charged, depending on the level of services needed.  This fee will be applied to the final invoice. The set-up fee is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Some of these services include:

  • accepting program reservations and arranging for set-up of facilities
  • making on-campus housing reservations
  • making arrangements for meals or meeting rooms
  • AV equipment
  • check-in/out services
