Welcome Back! We’re glad you are continuing to receive support through Disability Services. Please take the following steps in order to ensure your Letter of Accommodation is updated for the semester and delivered to your new professors:
- Fill out an updated Returning Student Contact Information Sheet. We ask that students do this every fall, or if there are any changes such as a new address or phone number.
- If there are no changes to your Letters of Accommodation from last semester request that your letters be sent to your new instructors. This is usually done via email, although hard copies are available. Request letters by email firstname.lastname@example.org, phone (970) 247-7383, or stop by 280 Noble Hall.
- If you are interested in changing your Letter of Accommodation (adding, changing, or removing accommodations) please make an appointment with Dian Jenkins, Disability Services Director using the above contact information.
- Discuss your Letter of Accommodation with each of your instructors, even if the letters were sent electronically.
