Images Magazine: Images is a literary arts organization, trying to promote creative events within the college and local communities. Images is a forum for creativity which gives students an outlet to publish works of literature and art. It is a nonprofit, student-operated and -funded organization.

Independent Newspaper: The Indy Online is an extension of The Independent News Magazine at Fort Lewis College.  The Independent is a student-run publication covering news, entertainment, sports and any other happenings around the local area.  Click here to see a print version of The Independent News Magazine.

KDUR Radio: KDUR, volunteer-powered community radio, creates a bridge between Fort Lewis College and La Plata County, offering diverse music, alternative news, and local public affairs programming. KDUR provides educational and training opportunities in a professional setting for Fort Lewis College students and community members.

The Scarlet Letters: Since 1975, the Scarlet Letters has been the student creative writing club at Fort Lewis College. Our goals include the following: to host creative writing readings; to participate in the creation and production of Images Magazine, Fort Lewis's yearly arts magazine; to create and host creative writing contests as a means of participating with and contributing to the community; and to host authors who will come and share their works and experiences as writers.

Sigma Tau Delta: Sigma Tau Delta's central purpose is to confer distinction upon students of the English language and literature in undergraduate, graduate, and professional studies. Sigma Tau Delta also recognizes the accomplishments of professional writers who have contributed to the fields of language and literature.
