Our general policy is that:
- If the photo or video is of FLC students on campus, no waiver is needed.
- If the photo or video is of FLC students, on an off-campus FLC trip, such as an Outdoor Pursuits outing, field school, or study abroad, no waiver is needed.
- However, if the photo or video is of
- Non-FLC students on or off campus, or
- Minors,
- Please obtain a waiver if FLC hopes to use this content for promotional use.
