New Mexico Reciprocal Scholarship
For residents of New Mexico
This scholarship brings FLC tuition to the “in-state price” for residents of New Mexico. It is available to first-time degree-seeking undergraduate students earning a minimum of 24 credits in their first year, and 30 credits in subsequent years. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and 21 ACT or 1060 SAT are required for eligibility.
Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) Scholarship
For residents of AK, AZ, CA, HI, MT, ND, NM, NV, OR, SD, UT, WA, and WY, as well as Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands
This scholarship is available to first-time degree-seeking undergraduate students earning a minimum of 24 credits in their first year, and 30 credits in subsequent years. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and 21 ACT or 1060 SAT are required for eligibility.
Foundation, departmental, and alumni scholarships
Foundation & departmental scholarships are sourced from private donors and available to first-time degree-seeking undergraduate students based on academics, achievement, and financial need. These scholarships require their own application and are due on or before February 1 each year.
Our Alumni Engagement office provides scholarships to the children and grandchildren of FLC alumni. When you complete the application for foundation and departmental scholarships, you will be considered for the Alumni Scholarship.

Financial support for Native American students
Students who are members of US federally recognized Native American tribes may attend FLC tuition free with the Native American Tuition Waiver. Additional expenses still apply.
The Native American Center provides information on scholarships to support students with other expenses such as student fees, housing and meal costs, books, and any other fees.
