COVID-19 Vaccinations this Week!

This week’s vaccine update is below:
First Shot of Moderna Vaccine on Campus this Friday (4/23)
Axis Health System is providing COVID-19 vaccines at Fort Lewis College on Friday, April 23, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Student Life Center. We are offering the Moderna Vaccine, which does require two doses 28 days apart. This clinic is open to the public, free, and everyone 18+ is eligible. When signing up please make sure you are able to receive your second dose. The link to register is below, or you can call 970-828-2539.
Additional Vaccines in the Durango Community
The Durango Community has numerous opportunities to get vaccinated if you are over 18! (Those age 16 and older are available for the Pfizer vaccine.) Go to the San Juan Basin Public Health website for vaccine availability and to set up an appointment with local providers.
Don’t forget to take a picture of your completed COVID-19 immunization card for your records and students should upload their COVID-19 vaccination record using the secure upload portal.
