Exercise Specialist & Physiology

The goal for Exercise Physiology & Exercise Specialist students is to gain real world application of previous theoretical and applied knowledge and skills in a professional setting, supervised by a qualified professional via their internship. Students must get approval for the 3 credit course which is equivalent to 150 hours in the field via a supervising Fort Lewis College faculty member. Some of the most common locations for internships are:

Sport Administration

Internships involve real world application of previous theoretical and applied knowledge and skills in a professional setting, supervised by a qualified professional. Sport Administration internships can range from 8 credits (equivalent to 400 hours of work) to 12 credits (equivalent to 600 hours of work) in a given semester. In the last five years, sport administration students have interned at the following organizations.
