What Happens Next?

Room Assignments

Students who apply for housing prior April will receive their room assignment in mid-June via email. It includes their actual room assignment, roommate(s) name and contact information, campus mailing address, and residential phone number.  Later in August we send out a more detailed placement packet that includes all sorts of other information about move-in and living on campus.  We regularly email assignment letters throughout the summer for students who did not apply by early April.

For students who will begin attending in the spring term, assignment emails will not be sent out until mid-December, since we will not know of our open spaces until closer to the end of fall semester.
