To Project the Computer

Turn ON the projector with the remote control. If you don't see the computer image projected after the projector has warmed up try pressing the computer 1 button on the Digital Switcher in the cabinet next to the computer desk. For sound make sure the amplifier (also in the cabinet) power is on, the master volume turned up to around 7, and the volume control labeled Computer is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer.
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Connecting a Laptop

Connect the spare monitor cord kept in the Laptop cable drawer of the cabinet next to the computer. Turn ON the projector with the switch at the front of the classroom (located below the whiteboard.) Select Computer 2 on the Projector Input Device in the cabinet next to the computer. For sound connect the audio cable kept in the drawer to the laptop head phone connection. Make sure the amplifier (in cabinet) is ON, the master volume turned up to around 7, and the volume control labeled Laptop is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the laptop.
To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.
