  • Data Projector
  • Computer (will also play DVD's)
  • VCR/DVD Player

To Project the Computer
Turn ON the projector with the power button mounted on the top of the podium behind the monitor (right side.) If you don't see the computer image projected after the projector has warmed up try pressing the Computer 1 button on the black Switcher box below the VCR/DVD player. For sound make sure the amplifier (next to the Computer) power is ON, the master volume turned up to around 7 and the volume control labeled Computer is turned up. You may also need to adjust the volume controls on the computer. To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Projecting a DVD using the VCR/DVD Player

Turn ON the projector with the power button mounted on the top of the podium behind the monitor (right side.) After logging onto the computer insert the DVD into the Disc drive and Choose from the list of DVD player programs.  If you don't see the computer image projected after the projector has warmed up try pressing the Video button on the black Switcher box below the VCR/DVD player. For sound make sure the amplifier (next to the Computer) power is on, the master volume turned up to around 7 and the volume knob labeled VCR/DVD is turned up. DVDs can also be played with the Computer. To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.

Connecting a Laptop
Behind the monitor there is a spare monitor & audio cable for your laptop.  Turn ON the projector with the power button mounted on the top of the podium behind the monitor (right side.) After the projector warms up press the Computer 2 button on the black Switcher box below the VCR/DVD player to select the laptop. Be sure that your laptop is set to display to the monitor cable through the properties settings.  To turn off the projector press the power button once and then again to confirm.
