Club del Centro is for anyone and everyone who is interested in learning about Latinx culture. Our focus is to promote cultural diversity at Fort Lewis College by means of food, social, and educational events. We host monthly cultural nights and sponsor different campus wide events, such as Fiesta on the Mesa and the Latinx College Summit. We meet in the Rio Grande Room (Student Union 39), but during COVID-19 we will be holding our meetings via Zoom. We are looking forward to your participation in future events and hope to see you at our meetings!

Adios America
Artists Melania and Angelica curate a spoken word performance addressing issues of immigration, anti-blackness, and intersectional feminism within Latinidad. You’ll witness a blend of song, humor, and literary artistry, followed by a Q & A. The next two days include a writing workshop and open-mic night. Get inspired; use your voice.
