With very few exceptions, all campus services and offices will be open in the Spring and have incorporated measures to serve student and visitor needs with safety in mind. We have rearranged office spaces and reception areas, and marked out 6-foot indicators where lines could form.
Walking patterns on campus and individual office flow have been reconfigured to facilitate physical distancing for everyone’s safety. Some staff will continue to work remotely while others will come to campus to keep in-person services available.
We encourage you to use funds loaded on your Skycard or a credit/debit card, rather than cash, to reduce the amount of exposure. Many of our Skycard readers are “proximity readers” or touchless.
Try the web or phone first. Most of our offices' forms are online--use theFort to find them--and you can always call an office by phone. If you still need to borrow a pen to sign something, we'll be sanitizing in between uses.
Student Life Center & Outdoor Pursuits will be open this Spring with physical distancing and enhanced sanitation protocols in place. Please refer to the website for specific hours and restrictions.
Campbell Child and Family Center is open with enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place as we look out for the well-being of all our children!
CSWS will primarily focus on the many ways it supports student learning through academic programs and internships. Please check the website for more information related to the gallery and other work that will be reduced or paused to keep campus safe.
While offices that students frequent will have in-person coverage, campus will be reducing the number of people on campus by remote work when possible.
Student employment positions are managed department by department. Depending on the position, the work may be done remotely, undergo scheduling changes to lessen the number of people in an office, or require new safety-related protocols. Please check with your direct supervisor for details.
