March 29, 2020

Happy Monday Skyhawks!

Great news! Eligibility to receive the COVID-19 vaccine was recently adjusted by Governor Polis and everyone in Colorado, age 18 and older, will be eligible to receive vaccines on Friday, April 2.
On Friday, April 2, Axis Health System will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at the Student Life Center at Fort Lewis College from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Axis will be administering the Moderna vaccine which requires two doses, 28 days apart, to complete the series. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so sign up now!

The follow-up clinic will be on April 30, 2021, and second dose appointments will be confirmed at checkout when individuals receive their first dose. For additional information, you can visit Axis Health System’s FAQ page.

Questions regarding eligibility can be directed to or their Vaccine Line at 970-828-2539.

Until the majority of our community is vaccinated, please continue to practice distancing, mask-wearing, limiting social interactions, and use the FLC App to track symptoms and get a daily health pass. We still need to do our part to keep each other safe.
