For many of us, life during the COVID-19 pandemic has been extremely disruptive, to say the least. As the challenges of social distancing persist, so too does the challenge for each for us to meet our basic human needs for connection, health and security, empowerment, freedom, and the enjoyment of being alive.

We encourage you to overcome your Zoomgrudge and join us for a session of the Skyhawk Self Care Series (for students) or a Wellness Workshop (for students, faculty, and staff).

Mindful Mondays

A weekly drop-in meditation group

Many people find it easier and even more rewarding to practice meditation with other people, given the structure and collective intention of a group. This meditation group is open to all, from beginners to those who have a longstanding practice, and will support you in exploring a variety of meditation styles. Come ready to be curious, contemplative, and in connection with others. line art drawing of woman in sitting mediatation
