Northern Time Lapse: This is a single frame from time lapse series looking north over the Old Fort Lewis Observatory. The frame rate is 15 frames/sec. There were thin clouds drifting by, as can be seen in the video. In this frame, M31 can be seen just over the horizon on the right, a bit down and to the left of the airplane.
Date: June 2010
Equipment: Canon 50D with 10-22mm zoom set at 10mm.
Exposure: 1 m 20 s exposures at f3.5
