Animas Hall is the College’s newest residence hall. The facility offers 148 students suite-style living accommodations with the most modern conveniences, such as flat panel TVs and wireless Internet access. The hall also includes faculty/staff apartments and classroom space.
After opening in 2009, Animas Hall earned a LEED Gold rating. It is estimated that earning a LEED Gold rating added between $240,000 and $600,000 to construction costs.
