Career Profile: Ginger Richardson recently retired from a 35-year career as a private investigator, 5 of which she spent in San Francisco, and then 30 years in 3rd world countries. Her company specialized for the first 10 years in tort work and missing persons, principally in Africa. The next 20 years her company also took on contracting for corporations establishing businesses in 3rd world countries. This entailed identifying money sources of 51% in-country partners, and setting up security for corporation expatriates.
Richardson has worked in more than 40 countries on 4 continents. She is also an author, and has honorary degrees from three universities. Ginger and George Richardson had worked briefly together via contract on a security project in Ecuador and Colombia in 1989, but did not meet personally until 2008. They were married in 2009.
FLC Activities: Ginger is a Member of Professional Associates, and an avid supporter of the East Africa Service Project. She and her husband, George, are active with the Host Family Program as hosts for Kenyan students.
