Fall 2016 Group Exercise Schedule

Bootylicious- is a 25-minute glute workout. Get that Bootylicious booty you have always wanted. L/M

Cardio Dance Blast- move and groove and get a full body workout while your favorite tunes are blasting. 45 minutes of non-stop cardio and toning. M/H

Cycle - (Sunrise/Late Night) is a mixture of cycling drills will give you the calorie burn you desire. Come prepared to work hard and sweat your way to great cardio fitness. M/H

Express Core - is a 20-minute abdominal and back strengthening workout. L/M/H

Express Toning - is a well-rounded, fast-paced class combining resistance training, plyometrics, cardio and core work. Get ready to Burn! M/H

Hatha Yoga- focuses on bringing our solar and lunar qualities into balance through a slow-paced, gentle yet active flow. L/M

Power Yoga - is a more vigorous style of yoga based on a series of poses called sun salutations, in which movement is correlated with breath. This class focuses on building heat in the body to reach challenging peak poses.    M/H

Ride the Rhythm45 minutes of cycling drills done to the beat of the music. Come prepared to work hard and sweat to the rhythm of the beat! L/M/H

Restorative Yoga -"Yin (restorative) yoga": this lunar oriented practice makes use of props and gravity to support the body as it relaxes into several passive yoga poses. Yin yoga encourages the meridians (energetic pathways) of the body to open through intentional sequencing. This class focuses on realizing the potency of surrender, and is a good way to reset after a long week. L

Skyhawk BootcampGet ready to soar into fitness as this 60 minute class is tailored to each individual. This class is a progression class and will build on workouts each week. Full body workout, twice a week! L/M/H

Total Body ConditioningLooking for a full body workout? This class will have you sweating through intervals in a fast paced environment involving resistance training, plyometrics, cardio and toning. M/H

Vinyasa Yoga – focuses on strengthening in yoga poses, breathing exercises, and practices which yogis learn poses and modifications which suite their own needs and abilities. L/M

Winter Conditioningis a class that will get your legs and core ready for the winter season. This class is programed and tailored for all that are interested in hitting the slopes when the snow arrives. Injury prevention is the focus as well as toning and stability. Class will run until Thanksgiving. L/M/H

Zumba® - is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that is moving millions of people towards joy and health. L/M/H
