Fall 2017 Group Exercise Schedule

Bootcamp- Get back to basics with a fitness boot camp class. These group sessions, which focus on military-style exercises and functional movements provide a killer workout and a chance to sweat outside the gym. M/H

 Bouldering Bootcamp- This dynamic workout will feature key exercises to improve the climbing skills and strength of all levels. On the SLC Rock Wall, we focus on flexibility, grip strength, and body weight movements. L/M/H

 Bunz & Gunz- This circuit based workout targets key areas of the body to tone and define. With upbeat music and quick transitions this is the calorie buster to keep your day going well.  M/H

 Butts & Guts- This dynamic and high energy class was created to tone and sculpt your glutes and abs working the target problem areas and shape your glutes. M/H

 Core, Calves & Cardio- High intensity cardio accompanies the classic butt and gut approach in this running based class. A combination of free weight exercises will leave you tired but wanting more. M/H

 Cycle (Sunrise) - Join an energetic environment for people who want to wake up early and get the day started! Get that heart pumping, legs moving and keep a big smile on for the rest of the day! M/H

Dance Fitness- Move and groove and get a full body workout while your favorite tunes are blasting. 45 minutes of non-stop cardio and toning. M/H  

 Killer Cardio & Core- This diverse interval style class changes equipment weekly and incorporates cardio and core, while our instructor targets the most effective heart rate for fat burning. M/H

 Total Body Fitness- Looking for a full body workout? This class will have you sweating through intervals in a fast paced environment involving resistance training, plyometrics and cardio. M/H

 Total Body Shred- An intense full body work-out focusing on utilizing body movements and repetition to get a productive workout. This high energy class with bumping  music will make you sweat. M/H

 Vinyasa Yoga- A vigorous, flowing workout that combines asana (poses) with breath & movement. With up-beat tunes and empowering salutations, GET READY TO SWEAT! M/H

 Yin Yoga- This practice makes use of props and gravity to support the body as it relaxes into passive yoga poses.  The focus on the potency of surrender is a good way to reset after a long week. L

 Yoga (Sunset) - In this yoga you will be guided through a meditative practice while conditioning your body to be strong, flexible, and balanced. This class will leave you feeling confident and centered. L/M

 Yogalates– This intense yoga routine combines endurance and yoga. Repetition in and out of poses and mindful breathing work together to target your core and build strength. L/M/H

Zumba- Is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-fallow, Latin-Inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that is moving millions of people towards joy and health. L/M/H
