Spring 2017 Group Exercise Schedule

Be Fit Bootcamp-   Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional Boot Camp style approach. Boot Camp is geared toward all fitness levels. L/M/H

Cardio Dance Blast- move and groove and get a full body workout while your favorite tunes are blasting. 45 minutes of non-stop cardio and toning. M/H

Late Night Yoga- come relax and zen out to 45 minutes of stretching and calming the mind down. This class will cover all the basics of yoga and teach mindfulness. All fitness levels are welcomed! L/M

Morning Grind Cycle- is a mixture of cycling drills will give you the calorie burn you desire. Come prepared to work hard and sweat your way to great cardio fitness. M/H

Skyhawk Bootcamp– Get ready to soar into fitness as this 30 minute class is tailored to each individual. This class is a progression class and will built on workouts each week. All fitness levels welcomed! L/M/H

Spin & Stretch- a unique cycling class that incorporates stretching of the entire body. This 60 minute class is for all fitness levels. Come burn and stretch! L/M/H

Sunrise Yoga- rise with the sun! This class will awaken your body and your mind for a productive day! Start your day on the right foot! L/M

Total Body Conditioning– Looking for a full body workout? This class will have you sweating through intervals in a fast paced environment involving resistance training, plyometrics, and cardio and toning. M/H

Vinyasa Yoga focuses on strengthening in yoga poses, breathing exercises, and practices which yogis learn poses and modifications which suite their own needs and abilities. L/M

Yoga- covers the basics of yoga including proper alignment, modifications for injuries, and proper breathing techniques. All fitness levels are welcomed! L/M/H

Yogalates- blends yoga and palates into a form of yoga conditioning that increases strength and flexibility. Yogalates begins like a traditional yoga class, gradually increases to almost the pace of palates, and ends with breathing practice, shavasana, and meditation. L/M/H

Zumba®- is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that is moving millions of people towards joy and health. L/M/H
