This is an event to support the Snowtogrpahy effort in the San Juan Mountains. This is a collaborative effort between FLC, MSI, USFS, USDA, DWC and other partners to understand the impact of forest structure on snow accumulation and retention. During this event you will learn about the project and help process images of snow depth across the San Juan mountains. Computers are provided, but feel free to bring headphones to listen to music as you work!    This event is free and can count towards internship hours if you are a student that needs hours.

Hosted on the Student Union Plaza, this official kick-off event brings together Fort Lewis College students, faculty, staff, and the wider Durango community.
