We do not expect 120 students at the same time. Just 120 over the period of the two hours coming and going. We would like to set up in the Skyhawk Station Plaza if the weather is tolerable, if not we want SHS 118 as our indoor back up if it is snowing. Goal is to create visibility of the Skyhawk Station, help students meet their advisors and all the services available at the Skyhawk Station. We like to offer catering, coffee and pastries to share with the FLC Student Body and campus community as we build relationships.

Weekly meeting for the Associated Students of Fort Lewis College (ASFLC). 

This is a one-night ping pong tournament that Intramurals hosts every semester. We have had anywhere from 8-20 people sign up for this event, but the games go quick, and it doesn't last more than a couple of hours.

This will be the weekly meeting for A+ Gaming.
