SWIM

  • Swim Suit or Tri Suit
  • Goggles
  • Swim Cap (optional – we will provide)
  • Watch
  • Timing Chip w/Band
  • Chafing roll-on or spray
  • Towel for Transition area

BIKE

  • Bike
  • Bike/Run Clothes if not wearing a Tri Suit
  • Bib number
  • Cycling Shoes
  • Socks
  • Helmet (and helmet race number)
  • Sunglasses
  • Gloves
  • Water Bottle(s) and/or Camelbak
  • Bike Bag/Tools (Tube, Tire Levers, CO2, pump)

RUN

  • Running Shoes  
  • Visor/Hat
