About Andrew Fuller
Andrew Fuller is a lecturer for the Writing Program at Fort Lewis College. He joined the College in 2017 and teaches composition courses. His love for traveling, language, the mountains and outdoor sports began when he lived in the Bavarian Alps as a teenager. The experiences gained during those years influenced his decision to return to America and finish his degree in International Studies at Fort Lewis College. After a year of teaching English in Thailand, Andrew began pursuing his master’s degree at Colorado State University (CSU) in English (TESL/TESFL). While completing his master’s degree, he worked at CSU as an Instructor in the Academic English Program. Other professional experiences include teaching at Celal Bayar University in Manisa, Turkey and working as a consultant for private English schools in Indonesia.
In his free time, you will find Andrew bouldering among the sand stone gardens of Sailing Hawks, climbing up at East Animas, or skiing the vast backcountry of the San Juans. He also enjoys learning new languages, cooking spicy food, playing guitar, and laughing as much as possible.
