Scheduling & Availability

Durango Sports Lab operates by appointment, with varying availability throughout the year.

During the Fort Lewis College academic year, DSL services are offered on a limited weekly schedule due to other professional and academic commitments. Appointment availability typically allows for a limited number of bike fitting, performance testing, and consultation sessions each week.

During the summer and academic breaks, appointment availability is expanded, and services can often be scheduled on most weekdays. We do not work on weekends.

We encourage clients to plan ahead when possible, particularly during the academic year. Appointment requests are responded to as promptly as possible, typically within two workdays, and available scheduling options will be provided based on the current lab calendar.

Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Durango Sports Lab.

What happens after you submit a request

DSL will review your interest in the service, goals, and any required intake information. You may be asked to complete required forms before your appointment is confirmed.
