Colorado Governor Jared Polis, Representatives Barbara McLachlan and Leslie Herod, and tribal leaders were on campus this week to sign HB 22-1327, a law mandating archaeological and archival research at two boarding school sites in Colorado.

Snowpack in Southwest Colorado has bottomed out, marking one of the region’s earliest snowmelts in the last 30 years with warm and windy weather.
