Dr. David Blake, Associate Professor, Biology, received $4,500 from the University of Colorado for the “Development and Hosting of Pedagogy Workshop at FLC, Spring 2023.”

Dr. David Blake, Associate Professor, Biology, received $1,500 from the Society of Toxicology for the “Faculty United for Toxicology Undergraduate Research and Education (FUTURE) for an Undergraduate Faculty Research grant.”

Dr. Kaitlin Mattos, Assistant Professor, Environment and Sustainability, received $5,000 from The Southwestern Water Conservation District for the “Tribal Water Media Fellowship project.”

Beth LaShell, Director, and Elicia Whittlesey, Farmer Training Program Coordinator, The Old Fort at Hesperus, received $215,000 from the Community Foundation on behalf of the Social Impact Grant from La Plata County for the “construction of a winterized Community Vegetable Processing Barn on the Old Fort Campus.”
