FLC lifts mask mandate for vaccinated individuals

Campus Colleagues,
As of today, Fort Lewis College is lifting the mask requirement on campus for all individuals who have been vaccinated. FLC community members and guests who self-attest that they have been fully vaccinated will not be required to wear a mask indoors.
If you are uncomfortable working in a space with people who are unmasked, you may wear a mask for your protection. Offices can also post signage stating “Masks are mandatory for all individuals who have not been fully vaccinated.”
This decision puts us in better alignment with the CDC and CDPHE guidance. We will continue to monitor our community’s health over the summer and make adjustments as needed. We appreciate your patience and grace as we continue to move through the pandemic.
